Production Time

The production time for our shoes and bags may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Estimated timeframes are listed in each product description.

Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping for orders delivered within Japan.

For international orders, we charge a flat fee of $60 USD. All packages are shipped via DHL or FedEx with tracking and insurance.

If you are located in a remote area or a region not serviced by these carriers, we will contact you with an alternative option.

Taxes & Duties

All prices include applicable sales tax. International duties and import charges are not included and may be collected upon delivery.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
