Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or not as described.

Cancellations

Orders for made-to-order shoes and bags may be canceled within 3 days of order confirmation for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may no longer be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply depending on the production status.

Defective Goods

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Upon inspection, we will offer to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Return shipping for defective items will be arranged by us.
